The Sacred Pause Soap Company was created from a simple idea: the people who spend so much time taking care of everyone else deserve a moment for themselves, too. As a mom of five, I know how easy it is to put yourself last. I began creating handcrafted soaps and self-care products as a way to turn an ordinary part of the day into a small pause — a few minutes to slow down, reset, and do something just for you. Each product is handmade in small batches in Bristol, Indiana, with thoughtful ingredients and little details that make self-care feel special. Because sometimes you don’t need an entire day to yourself. You just need a moment that’s yours.
